Behavioral Health Services
At LACH-Bellflower, we know and understand that true wellness is much more than physical well-being.
We offer a full continuum of mental health services and treatments—from family and individual counseling to inpatient care.
Our hospital’s multilingual, inter-disciplinary team consists of psychiatrists, medical internists, registered nurses, recreational therapists and mental health technicians. We currently have a 32-bed Behavioral Health Unit that offers acute inpatient psychiatric care to those 18 and older with a primary psychiatric disorder—including substance abuse disorders—with a strong focus on safety in a calm and therapeutic environment. Also, we provide our patients with quality care through individualized treatment planning that includes medication management, group and individual therapy, and comprehensive discharge planning.
Program components include case management, family intervention, recreational therapy, music therapy, and education.
